Bleeding should begin from the furthest wheel from the master cylinder, usually the rear passenger wheel. Starting with the furthest ensures all dirt and air gets flushed out of the system through the longest line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if the vehicle has an <\/a>Anti-lock braking system<\/a> (ABS) installed, bleeding should be reversed, starting from the front wheel if it\u2019s in the back.
